RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase but if it isn't quite right send it back to us within 14 days of receiving for either a store credit or refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment minus a 10% handling fee. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund.  Store credits are valid for 12 months.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds and store credits will be minus postage costs (if applicable).

Please make sure it meets the following:

• It is in unworn, unwashed, in original condition  with tags still attached.
• Not a SALE item (in our SALE SECTION).
• Make up free.
• Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• Credits and refunds will be minus shipping charges (if paid)

We do not accept responsibility for return items lost in transit. We recommend using Australia Post Parcel Post prepaid satchels which have tracking.

FAULTY ITEM:

Please check over items as soon as you receive, before washing and removing tags. If you have received a faulty item please get in contact with us at info@allfashions.com.au or 1300 193 264.

We will not accept faulty items after 30 days of receiving. 

PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT:

Please use the information provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly to resolve the issue.
