Thank you for shopping with All Fashions, we hope you love your purchase but we understand that online shopping can sometimes result in receiving items that just aren't quite right. The following outlines our returns, exchanges and refund policy. By processing your payment with All Fashions, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide you with a Store Credit, you can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit notes expire within 6 months of date of issue, and can be used on any item in store.
Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one they ordered are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately along with photos of any fault/s.
- If you would like to exchange for a different size that is fine, just jump back onto our online store and purchase the right size.
- Then when you send back your original garment we will refund you.
- Please quote the new order number on your return form.
- Flash Sale items can be exchanged for same style, different sizing. All other exchanges regarding styles will be issued with a credit with in our 14 day return policy.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase (30 days for international orders), any items returned after 14 days of purchase (30 days international) will not be accepted
- All items must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging and tags attached
- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from makeup and stains
- We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back
- Return postage costs must be covered by the customer
- We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is returned back to us safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items/parcels returned to us
- If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit
- For purchases using discount codes, you will receive a credit for the amount paid for the item/items (excluding postage)
- We DO NOT offer an exchange or credit on CLEARANCE items so please choose wisely.
- Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until the cost of postage is covered to return back to you.
